• Optimized GBP, added 12 location-relevant photos weekly, and set up a review request workflow.
• Created neighborhood landing pages for the 6 highest-intent service areas.
• Set up call tracking to prove ROI to the owner in their dashboard.

1. PageSpeed figure is a mobile Lighthouse run on the live homepage, not a lab-only score.
2. Call volume measured with call tracking numbers installed before launch, so the baseline is real.
