WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — A very long time locally-owned and operated automotive dealership with a number of shops in Texoma has been bought.
Canadian-based Foundation Automotive, one of many quickest rising car dealership teams in North America, has bought Patterson Auto Group.
According to a press launch, this buy contains the franchises of Kia, Dodge, Chrystler, Jeep, Ram, Hyundai, GM, Buick and BMW as a part of the acquisition, in addition to two RV dealerships in Jolly and Wichita Falls.
The Honda and Mercedes-Benz franchises should not a part of the settlement presently.
This new addition, the biggest up to now for Foundation, will convey the automotive group to 29 rooftops in North America.

The staff are trying ahead to the brand new chapter and what Foundation Automotive can convey to the group.

Foundation of Wichita Falls will proceed to thrive below native management. 2 former Patterson Auto Group Managers, Brad Rodgers and Jon Oeltjen, are actually Managing Partners.
